We have ten types of apartments to accommodate every type of stay, ranging in size from a Classic studio to Grand One Bedroom with terraces, and the option for interconnecting rooms.

aparthotel Birmingham offers more than just a place to sleep for the night. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine, a separate living space with a media wall and chrome casting, and a 24/7 concierge service.

Every room has refillable ‘The Ritual of Jing’ toiletries, which are filled with bio-degradable formulas and use recyclable packaging.

Standard check in time is from 3pm. Early check-in from 1pm is available at £20, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel reception directly to arrange this.

Standard check out time by 11am.

Late check out is available Monday to Saturday until 2pm at an additional charge of £20 and Sunday until 4pm at an additional charge of £40,00, all days are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel reception directly to arrange this.

aparthotel Birmingham has 24/7 concierge services and on-site security, so you can check-in at the reception desk at any time of day.

Self-check in and keyless entry is available using the aparthotel Birmingham app, for a simple, contactless process. More details on how to download and use this will be supplied upon booking.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine, and a separate living space, dining space, and TV with chrome casting.

Yes, we offer complimentary ultra-fast, secure Wi-Fi for all our guests. This can also be used in the co-working areas and in meeting rooms on the ground floor.

We do not have a gym on-site.

LENGTH OF STAY 1 TO 3 DAYS

No daily housekeeping will be provided unless requested for leisure guests, which will be a make over clean consisting of vacuuming and mop, wipe down kitchen and bathroom, change bins, refill the consumables and toiletries. Only towel change if it is requested. No Linen change.

LENGTH OF STAY 5 to 7 DAYS

On the 3rd day of the stay, they will automatically receive a make over clean consisting of vacuuming and mop, wipe down kitchen and bathroom, change bins, refill the consumables and toiletries. Only towel change if it is requested. 

LENGTH OF STAY 7 DAYS

Automatically receive stay-change on the 4th day of the stay which includes linen change and a make over clean consisting of vacuuming and mop, wipe down kitchen and bathroom, change bins, refill the consumables and toiletries.  Only towel change if it is requested. 

LENGTH OF STAY OVER 7 DAYS

Any guests staying longer than a week will receive 1 weekly clean which includes linen change and a semi-depart clean consisting of vacuuming and mop, wipe down kitchen and bathroom, change bins, refill the consumables and toiletries.  Only towel change if it is requested. 

Every apartment has a washer/dryer included within the kitchen.

Yes, we have dedicated storage facilities, so you can be assured your luggage is safe and secure.

All deliveries are to be collected from the Hub.

NCP Royal Angus Car Park

A dedicated link bridge connects the rear of aparthotel Birmingham with the adjacent Birmingham Royal Angus Car Park. Access to the bridge is exclusively for aparthotel guests, ensuring your safety and security. Please note that parking charges apply, for the latest rates and to pre-book a space, please check the NCP website. 

aparthotel Birmingham is located within a 2 minute walk from St Chads tram stop, and a 5 minute walk from Birmingham Snow Hill train station. Local bus routes are also in easy access.

No, we take care of all the bills so you don’t have to.

Our Classic one bedroom accessible apartment has a king size bedroom, spacious lounge area, kitchen and workstation all in one place.

There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and coming soon we have an onsite NISA convenience store, which will be fully stocked with leading brands including Costa Coffee.  Due to open May 2024.

Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a fridge-freezer, combi-microwave oven and washer dryer. Nespresso machines are also supplied in Grand apartments.

We welcome responsible pet owners, if a pet were to display aggressive behaviour its owner would be required to remove it from the hotel and grounds immediately.  The owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times.    

Owners are responsible for any noise complaints in relation to their pets and continuing noise disturbance may result in the pet being asked to leave the hotel. 

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in public areas and grounds and owners must refrain from letting their pets on the furniture.  Any fouling in bedrooms, public areas and grounds must be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner Failure to do so will result in penalty payment of £100.

Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.  Dogs are not to be left alone at any time within the hotel or the grounds.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or convenience store.

Pets that are deemed to be a nuisance or danger to other hotel guests must be removed from the premises immediately. The hotel reserves the right to make this decision at any time.

The hotel does not accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to pets.

Your room(s) will not be serviced whilst the animal is in situ.

There is a charge of £15 per night per pet to stay at aparthotel Birmingham.

aparthotel Birmingham is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. This applies to all rooms, terraces and public areas within the building.

Yes, we have some apartments which include a sofa bed, and interconnecting rooms are also available for the older children who might want some extra space!

Please note aparthotel Birmingham reserves the right to charge on arrival a security deposit of GBP 200.00.

We do not accept cash deposits and payment must be made by Credit or Debit Card. Upon arrival we will debit or do a pre-authorisation on the card and these funds will be returned on departure, as long as all terms and conditions are adhered to.
